- Can I order a sample?
Yes you can order a sample of any of our stationery designs on our website. Wedding Invitation samples are charged at £4.00 each including delivery.
- When will my order be delivered?
For stationery and wedding favour orders, we will agree a production date with you when you place your order and you can expect to receive your items 7-10 working days after this date. Smaller orders including guest books, personalised cameras, wedding party cards and samples should be received within three weeks of your order date. If you require smaller orders sooner than this please contact us.
- Do you require a deposit?
Payment will be requested in full on all orders required within 6 weeks. You can order wedding stationery and wedding favours in advance by paying a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. The remaining balance will then be due 4 weeks before your items are required. You will need to order by email or phone in order to split the cost as there is no option to do this on the website.
- How can I pay?
You can order via our website using a credit/debit card or Paypal account. You can also pay via bank transfer or cheque (no items will be posted until your cheque has cleared).
- What are your delivery charges?
Most stationery orders are sent using a courier and each delivery will be charged at £10.00. You may require more than one delivery if you are ordering wedding invitations and on the day stationery so please be aware that we will request an additional payment for postage when your second order is despatched.
Smaller orders including guest books, cameras and small stationery orders will be sent using Royal Mail and will charged between £3.95 and £5.95 per delivery.
Delivery is included in the price of wedding party cards and wedding post boxes.
- Is there a minimum order?
No, all of our invitations are made individually by hand so you can order as many or as few as you like.
- Can I order additional items at a later date?
We do save all of our designs so you can order additional items if required. Please be aware that our usual delivery times will apply so during busy periods it can take up to 3-4 weeks for additional items to be despatched.
- Can I change the colour of a design I can see on the website?
All of our stationery designs are available in a wide choice of standard colours and you can select these from the dropdown lists on our product pages. We do also offer a colour matching service as we use three different ribbon suppliers and have over 100 colours available. If you do order a non standard colour, we will charge you for the ribbon we have to buy in especially for your order on top of the usual cost of our invitations. We will send you any ribbon we have left over when producing your order.
- Can I change the font on one of your designs?
We have selected fonts we feel match each of our designs and we recommend using the suggested font. You can change the font if you prefer and can see a list of alternatives on our font’s page.
- Can I provide my own wording?
We have created some templates as a guide to your wording but you are welcome to provide your own unique wording if you prefer. We will simply ask that you provide this to us by email.
